“Hotel bien placé avec un bon rapport qualité/prix”

Good spot, close to the historic city center. The room’s orientation was odd, and the air‑conditioner interior had a bit of dust.

“The worst hotel stay experience I have ever been through, and I am extremely dissatisfied!!!”

Ladies staf at the reception and housekeeping very kind and nice. They try to help but cannot do much. 1. Lobby/ reception counter very hot , aircond not function / off. 2. All along alley area from lift to room feel suffocated- aircond didin't on. 3. Inside the room is very very terrible!!! "This is the absolute worst hotel stay experience I have ever had, and I am extremely dissatisfied! I booked for king bed but turns out that two single beds were pushed together, and the mattress had sagged so badly that my body tilted to the side while sleeping. The chair legs were broken and wobbly. Worse, the pillowcases, bedsheets, and towels were covered in permanent stains—the towels were completely torn and ragged. Staf try their best to find replacement but all the same! The TV did not work at all. The bathroom door panel was broken, and the door knob could not even be locked!I To top it all off , i spend almost RM300 per nite for all these!!!"

“VERY BAD NOT WORTH OUR MONEY”

Walking distance to Jonker Walk, but the hotel sits beside a graveyard, lacks proper toiletry items, and doesn't offer drinking water.
