The staff were super helpful and friendly, construction in the lobby didn’t bother me at all, and I loved having robes to wear after a long day; the place was very quiet. The mugs were a bit small, but the teapot and coffee pot were provided, so that wasn’t a problem.

The place was incredibly quiet—no noise from neighboring suites—and offered plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked, though the coffee pot felt too small for a three‑bedroom suite; a larger one would be better.

The apartment‑sized room was spotless, and the two queen‑size beds were very comfortable. The living area featured a huge flat‑screen TV and nice furniture, and we brought our own food to sit at the full dining table for our family of four. The living area was quite chilly because the AC was on and controlled by the hotel; we were told not to open windows or blinds or touch the air, and extra blankets in the bedrooms would help.

The rooms were a good size and close to restaurants. The bedroom ventilation was terribly loud, could not be turned off, and blew warm air out; the bedroom and bathroom were small; the fitness room was tiny and poorly equipped, and it wasn’t cleaned at all during our stay.
