There was no communication when I arrived, and I couldn’t get in, so I had to book another hotel and received no refund at all. Everything about this guest house was problematic, and even the pub next door said they always had issues with the property next door.

The location was convenient, the price was reasonable, it was quiet and had all the facilities needed for a good stay, but there were a lot of messages.
