It was just barely within walking distance of the station, but the place lacked any sense of cleanliness—perhaps because of the price or the season—and other guests were noisy; even after I mentioned this to the staff, nothing changed, and both the staff and the noisy guests were Japanese.

With breakfast included, that price seems like a good deal. The cold water dispenser and water were missing.
