“Ein rundum Wohlfühlpaket”
The staff and the dining (excellent food in both restaurants) are especially worth mentioning. We also liked the breakfast concept; everything was freshly prepared with little wait time. Karura Park (highly recommended) is near the hotel, and the hotel offers a free shuttle there. We had a lovely stay and would definitely return.
“Our stay was exceptional!”
We’ve stayed here more than four times, and the property never disappoints! We especially love how clean and well-maintained it is, along with the peaceful, serene, and Zen-like atmosphere that makes every stay so relaxing. 🤍 A special mention to our housekeeper, Elizabeth, who attended to our room, 4204. She did an excellent job and had such wonderful attention to detail. Her care and effort definitely added to the comfort and enjoyment of our stay. Nothing really! The only minor thing was that one of the reception staff during check-in seemed a little standoffish or perhaps just tired. However, it was nothing significant and certainly didn’t take away from our overall experience
The staff were a bit rude, especially at the restaurants.
I had a lovely stay here, would come over and over again.
Clean facility, very good very comfortable beds
