“Conisgliatissimo per un’esperienza autoctona”
The homestay sits on the upper floor of a family house, offering a panoramic view of the Komodo Gulf and direct sea access. The room is small but functional. Breakfast through dinner is prepared by the host’s wife in local style and tastes great. Jeki, the host, is very friendly and helpful; we spoke with him days before arrival to plan our village tours. Unfortunately my boyfriend fell ill the night before we reached Komodo, so we missed the scheduled tours. Jeki and the whole family still helped us by contacting a local doctor and providing all necessary support and care. Thank you! I want to note that this is not a typical hotel like those in Labuan Bajo but a real house, so it suits those who want a closer experience to village customs and local conditions.
