The room, and probably the whole property, was infested with insects that were also inside the room. The situation worsened under the intense heat; despite the screens, we had to keep the windows shut because insects were trapped between the screen and the window, making it impossible to ventilate without worsening the problem. Overall, the stay fell far below expectations, and we hope the management addresses the issue to ensure proper hygiene.

The cleaning, welcome, and location were good, but the bathroom needs some fixing.

I stayed in a triple room even though I was alone, and it was well kept with clean sheets and a tidy, private bathroom. Unfortunately, the Wi‑Fi was awful for both nights, probably because of the location or bad weather, and it barely worked.

The view was stunning, the room was clean, and the cooperative was commendable. I was alone and only noticed in the evening that the chandelier was broken, the heater was faulty due to the hot air, and the Wi‑Fi password wasn’t posted in the bedroom; since the room was locked during the day, I couldn’t find it, and there was no TV. I’m sorry because a short stay could have been truly beautiful.
