Room cleanliness is excellent, the hotel’s location is very useful, and the restaurant staff, cleaning crew, and maintenance are outstanding. Previously they offered coffee and tea all day; the staff is friendly but not receptive to suggestions or to improving service, and I hope they stop exploiting the location, which is what we really pay for.
