Fika Rooms Tangerang By Skandinavia

The interior was nice. The lobby and the pool left something to be desired.

What I liked was the proximity to the complex and the surrounding shops—almost everything was nearby. The rooms were never clean; hair and crumbs were everywhere, even under the carpet, and the whole place smelled like the laundry room. The air conditioning barely worked, the TV was dead, and the room phone didn’t work. If I needed anything, I had to send a WhatsApp message.

The gym and pool were solid, but when we entered our room housekeeping hadn't finished, so we had to switch rooms. The new room still had a warm air‑con, an empty shower gel and shampoo, and no towels at all. It took over an hour to resolve all of that, and the bed and sofa still need replacement.

The room was spacious with two bedrooms, a kitchen and a sitting area. On arrival the air‑con was leaking, so we were quickly given a new room, but it was dirty with hair everywhere. The hotel only gives keycards for your floor, the lobby and the pool, which is a hassle when a family stays on a different floor.

The front desk was friendly, the water pressure was strong, there was Netflix on Google TV and the laundry service worked, the air‑conditioning was cold and a convenience store and department store were right next door, yet the noise level was quite high and the room‑cleaning details could use improvement.
