The resort features a beautiful pool with hydro massage jets, sauna, massages, fitness room, and relaxation lounge, all overlooking the stunning Alpine view. The atmosphere is very soothing. Breakfasts are superb, with high‑quality products, variety, and a well‑presented buffet. Rooms are tidy and comfortable, each with a lovely terrace. I was also impressed by the interior décor and the staff’s meticulous care for guests—truly unparalleled. The Gartner family delivers quality, passion, and professionalism! Keep it up!

From the moment I arrived, the hotel welcomed me warmly. The reception staff offered a welcome drink and a genuinely personalized experience. The design is striking, with thoughtful touches like a selection of books on fashion, design, and architecture. Mr. Gartner, the owner, personally oversees the guest experience, ensuring everyone feels well cared for and giving a very warm welcome on the first evening, which sets the tone for the entire stay. The food is exceptional; both breakfast and dinner are truly stunning—high‑quality ingredients, refined preparation, and a consistency that’s rare even in top hotels. Facilities are excellent, including a 25‑meter pool ideal for swimming, not just lounging. Czech and Slovak guests will appreciate the Slovak staff who can speak their native language. The location is perfect: downtown Merano is within walking distance, and a convenient lift near the hotel makes exploring the area even easier.

The hotel’s design and location are great, and the Jacuzzi offers a view. The hotel would be the ideal Adults‑Only place.
