A lovely little budget hotel. The location is good, rooms were clean and cozy, showers were hot. Breakfast was simple but filling. Hasitha was very welcoming, friendly and kind. He didn’t mind anything. He gave advice, arranged taxi rides for us and was very accommodating.

I was ready to give this place a solid rating, but the owner messed up the tuk‑tuk arrangement at the last minute, so I have to give it the lowest score possible. We had agreed the day before on a great price for a tuk‑tuk driver, but when the owner met the driver to pick us up, he already knew our plans and told the driver that our agreed price was too low and demanded a hike. The driver raised the fare by 4000 rupees, which was outrageous. On top of that, the sheets were dirty, they didn't provide any towels, and they didn't replace the toilet paper.

The breakfast was very plentiful and the service was fabulous. The bathroom was a mess and it was noisy.
