The location is exceptional, rooms stay clean, food is good, and staff are helpful. In my particular room, the main door was very hard to close because the wood seemed to have bulged from moisture; the washroom door didn’t close at all and was also bulged. The shower was not working.

The rooms were clean, but the toilet wasn’t clean, no toiletries were available, and every time I needed them I had to ask for basic items like toilet paper.

I didn't get a private toilet, which was a downside.
