The property was beautifully located, very centre‑oriented, and nicely done. However, there were no dustbins, some sheets and blanket covers had a little rust stain, and mineral water was not part of the standard offering.

The place had no food variety, no lift, a weird location, very few staff, they never answered the phone or used an intercom, and a dog roamed free, creating a risk of being bitten.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel; the property is beautifully renovated and exceptionally clean, down to the spotless bed linens; the location is incredibly central, making it easily accessible to all the main attractions, and having a restaurant conveniently located downstairs was a great bonus; the staff was incredibly sweet and welcoming throughout our visit; on the practical side, the WiFi was excellent, and the shower was perfect—plenty of hot water with strong water pressure; highly recommended!
