The hotel was clean and the rooms were lovely; the staff were very helpful and friendly. However, every attraction was beyond normal walking distance, so you’d need a taxi or a car. The nighttime shows offered a good variety, but parents let their children run around while acts were on after ten, and no staff stepped in to let the adults enjoy the performance.

The location and facilities were good, the food excellent, and the staff were great. The downside was the noise from the two other hotels around the bay; their entertainment was constant from 11am to 11pm, far louder than our hotel, which wasn’t a huge issue but we didn’t want constant entertainment and loud music, which is why we chose this hotel.

Breakfast was great!!! Very varied! The towel change was poorly done, and there was a bit of disorder that needs fixing!

Lokacija in hrana. Neprijazen sprejem receptorja ob 01.00 uri, po celodnevnem potovanju tega nismo pričakovala. Ostalo osebje bilo ok

The location, the friendliness and treatment of the staff, and the very good and varied breakfast and dinner buffets were all excellent.
