We enjoyed a wonderful stay and were very happy with everything; from the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and well cared for, the room was beautiful, very comfortable, and exactly as requested, which we truly appreciated; breakfast was excellent with a great selection and everything needed to start the day; the location was perfect and made exploring the city easy and convenient; overall we had a fantastic experience, everything met or even exceeded our expectations, we would definitely stay again and highly recommend this hotel; thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Everything around you—restaurants, shopping mall—was great, but a deposit was supposed to be taken, yet when they learned I wouldn't be using the hotel's services they overlooked it.
