There were no other guests on the same floor, so it felt like a private room. It was very comfortable, and the staff were extremely helpful and kind.

The room was nice and comfortable, though a bit small. The reception area inside the coffee shop and the lounge area integrated into the coffee shop were confusing, and there was no access to the kitchen (which belongs to the coffee shop). We didn’t quite grasp the theme of the records.

The location is super convenient, just a 5‑minute walk from Odawara Station. The interior feels very cozy and comfortable! On one early return day, the neighboring room was vacant, so I could chill in the shared living area, daydream, and listen to the rain – a truly pleasant travel experience! The soundproofing is a bit off because the wall between the two units is just a wooden panel, not a solid wall. Also, privacy can be an issue: there’s a sliding door between the common area and the rooms, and sometimes at night or early morning when the shop is still open, the door stays open, which can be a privacy concern for both guests and staff.
