“AWESOME”
First and foremost, before i arrived at the property, as a constant traveller around the world that has stayed in a lot of hotels, i had made reservations for optional accommodation around the Island, just in case i had to make a last minute decision not to go to PAH, after reading the reviews, i decided to give it a try. Looking back now i will gladly say,i t was the best decision i made to stay at PAH. What made the hotel special was not just the calmness and serene nature of the hotel, the hotel provides that serenity any guest requires after a chaotic Lagos city life.For me,PAH is unique because of the training i consider most of its staff have received from the management. Kudos to the management of the hotel. Starting from the receptionists/front desk staff, to the kitchen staff, to the housekeeping, and the manager Mr Emmanuel. They all went that extra mile to ensure their guests were happy and satisfied with every aspect of the hotels services.I will like to give special thanks to the hotel manager Mr Emmanuel, for making our stay special, also i will like to give special thanks to the entire front desk staff for their professional services(Peter, Shuaib, Ruth, Chidinma, Marvelous, Elisha) and to the entire kitchen staff, Segun,James,and the man that is responsible for frying the morning eggs, cant remember his name, my apologies.Also to the entire housekeeping staff as well. The fact that the hotel has a super market/convenient store on the property where guests can shop for daily items without having to leave the property is good. You all made my our stay very memorable, and by the grace of God we will not only highly recommend PAH, to anyone that wants to visit Lagos and looking for a place to enjoy their stay, we plan to be back at PAH, in the future. My advice to any visitor to Lagos that is considering a location to stay that will meet almost all their expectations.Just go to Park Astoria Hotel. You will not regret your decision.
