“Zentral im Herzen von Madaba mit sensationellem Frühstück”
A lovingly run hotel right in the middle of Madaba. We were welcomed with incredible warmth and received a huge room on the second floor. The two churches in Madaba are no more than a five‑minute walk, and the kind hosts also supplied us with useful information. The breakfast was an absolute highlight – a massive buffet for two featuring Jordanian delights from falafel to a variety of fresh breads, dips, spreads, fruit, sausage, cheese, vegetables, olives, eggs, homemade sweets… everything one could wish for! What stays with us most is the warmth and hospitality the owners radiated – that’s what Jordan is all about. Thank you! The only negative is that we only stayed one night.
The owners’ attention and treatment were outstanding – truly very friendly people. Nothing else; everything was spectacular.
“Étape charmante à ne pas manquer”
The hotel’s décor is charming, reminiscent of the mosaics seen at Madaba’s main religious sites, and the staff are friendly and sincere, making even a single night feel great. We dined in town to enjoy the local scene, though the meal looked impressive. The only downside was that breakfast wasn’t available until 7:00, which is a reasonable hour.
“Außergewöhnliches Hotel – Service auf höchstem Niveau”
This hotel truly impressed us and ranks among the best we’ve ever stayed at. The quality and attentiveness of service are on a level we usually only see in places like the Kempinski. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with drinks. We were especially touched that the family remembered we had asked for bottled water; a special bottle was even arranged for dinner – a small gesture that shows how attentive and personal the service is. The entire arrival and stay felt incredibly warm and family‑like. You don’t feel like a typical hotel guest; you feel at home and part of the family. The owners were always eager to fulfill every wish and repeatedly asked if they could help. The room was beautiful, decorated with great detail by the owner. The minibar was exceptionally well stocked. Dinner was superb: very tasty, freshly prepared, with generous portions. Everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive, making the evening wonderful. Breakfast was also a highlight, prepared with great detail and beautifully presented. The selection was huge and of excellent quality. They were especially thoughtful in giving us a lunch pack for our trip to Petra, complete with many water bottles to keep us well‑supplied. It’s clear the father has experience in luxury hotel operations, from attentiveness to professionalism to the little details. The location is perfect – closer to Amman’s airport than many. For us, this hotel is worth more than five stars. Highly recommended! If we’re back in the area, we’ll stay here again without hesitation.
“Best Hotel Stay for this trip - Thank you so much”
An extraordinary hotel. The hospitality is so friendly and hassle‑free. It’s close to the airport and the Dead Sea, truly an authentic family run place. The food was amazing; if you get the chance, stay here and enjoy the traditional meals and local beer. Absolutely nothing negative – it was a great stay, putting the Hilton Dead Sea Resort to shame in terms of service, hospitality, and friendliness.
