+ Toplocatie! + Ontbijt was kwalitatief sterk. - De receptie was beperkt open, en wij hebben nooit iemand van het personeel gezien. In- en uitchecken was allemaal digitaal, op schermen. Dit kan moeilijk zijn, zoals bv voor mijn man die een visuele beperking heeft. Alleen was dit hem niet gelukt

The room was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was spacious and clean, and the location was very good. The fridge had a bad smell, probably from previous guests. We found the room temperature a bit cold and couldn’t change it. Even though room service isn’t included, a second set of linen and towels would be useful.

The room was tidy, well prepared, with plenty of light, a nice view, and curtains that blocked light well at night. The fridge was big, the kitchenware and stove top made cooking enjoyable, and overall it was a pleasure. Breakfast was quite nice, especially the bread. I have a list of issues: 1. I couldn’t enter the apartment for a long time because the app during check required an SMS confirmation to get the keys, which I didn’t receive for 2 days. It was secretly sending codes to WhatsApp, which I had uninstalled; thanks to support for help. 2. Renovations in the gym below us forced me to wake up to heavy drilling (over 70 db) at 7 am; after contacting the property owners, drilling started later at 8:20. I asked to change rooms and was denied. 3. The bathroom sink was slightly clogged, so water accumulated even with light use (I try to ration water, but still). 4. The dishwasher threw an `i5H` error and was hardly usable. 5. I couldn’t find a way to control the thermostat.

Lokalita vybavení pohodlí cena. Při příjezdu nebyl pokoj připraven, po kontaktování zákaznického servisu obratem vyřešeno upgradem na vyšší pokoj. Negativum že v den odjezdu jsme ráno opustili pokoj s tím že se ještě vrátíme (check out až v 11 ), a už nám při návratu nefungoval vstup. Opět řešeno se zákaznickým centrem, protože byla neděle, centrum mimo provoz, byli jsme přepojení na emergency servis a tam si s tím moc nevěděli rady. Problém vyřešila kolem jdoucí uklízečka
