The scenery is unbeatable, the rooms are spacious with two bedrooms, clean and comfortable, close to Annecy and just a short walk from Lidl. I couldn't find anything to dislike, but having air conditioning and mosquito repellent would have been better.

The house is new, clean, and fairly well equipped. The bed was comfortable. The accommodation sits fairly high up – from the terrace you get a beautiful view of Lake Annecy (though walking back from the beach takes a bit of effort). The host was very responsive, addressing all our requests and questions (thanks for sending the cover we accidentally left behind!). I highly recommend this spot for a holiday stay. Annecy is very close (about 15 minutes by bike) and you’re far from the town’s noise, so it’s perfect for chilling. The lack of a mosquito net was very annoying. We arrived during the hottest heatwave and couldn’t open windows at night because of mosquitoes and bugs; it should definitely be installed. The absence of air conditioning was also bothersome (though it wasn’t mentioned in the description, so we can’t complain about that).

The view, tranquility, nearby shops, accommodation equipment, and proximity to Annecy are all excellent, and the location is close to the square.
