I didn't like anything about this place. The staff were unfriendly, and I booked a garden view but everything was city view; when I asked to change it, they said I needed to rebook a new one—what a goddamn arrogant, unpolite staff. The food wasn’t fresh either, so I don’t want to come back here again. Really bad experience.

The hotel was very nice; we rented a private room for dinner with friends and it was exceptional. Location, food and service were excellent, so I’d definitely recommend it. The only issue was that my family room was full of play toys for younger children, but overall it was OK.

Staying here left a lasting impression, thanks to the striking art‑deco atmosphere; the lobby even displays a stunning painting titled “郁郁葱葱” that seems to bring nature inside. The staff were incredibly helpful, from the concierge who took care of my luggage to the front‑desk crew who suggested excellent restaurants and secured a reservation for me.

The hotel's waterfront location is definitely a plus, but that's about it. It's a bit of a trek to get to the main attractions in the area, and the kids' facilities are mostly broken or unstaffed. Plus, you have to pay extra for basically everything, which feels like a total rip-off.
