The cleanliness was not acceptable, especially the sink. I love that it’s pet‑friendly, which is why I gave it a 10/10; places that welcome animals must exist. The personnel were very kind and nice.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff was good. I would have liked to have seen more variety in the breakfast offering. (1) Toilet-Flush handle tight and difficult to operate. Water saving flush is a joke, it fills with water, then slowly goes down requiring multiple flushes to complete (So much for water saving). (2) My room card and my wife's card required multiple resets from the front counter
