Everything was flawless from start to finish; this hotel is simply amazing. The staff showed an extraordinary level of kindness.

The staff were extremely friendly and the food was mostly good, while the room and grounds were pleasant. It would have helped to know that the only restaurant was under maintenance during our stay, and the construction noise was loud. The bed could have been more comfortable, and the spa, meals and drinks felt overpriced. The spa experience scored 7 out of 10, and the Mediterranean restaurant 6 out of 10.

The staff were excellent and the resort is set in wonderful nature. Everything was perfect; the only tweak I’d consider is offering a buffet breakfast at all three restaurants.
