The location is great relative to Ziggo Dome and the beds are comfortable. The room needed a serious touch‑up: the toilet seat was loose, the curtains were broken, the shower door was broken, there was a lot of limescale in the shower head, and many other small issues. The room also wasn't very clean, but it was cleaned again after we mentioned it.

Bed goed. Locatie goed (naast ziggo dome). Onze douche kon alleen kouder en niet meer warmer. Knopje deed het niet. Plastic beker in de badkamer stond wel op z'n kop maar was duidelijk gebruikt (tandpastavlekken). Kamer was niet zo goed schoon. Het eten in het restaurant was echt niet goed. Niet lekker en ook karig. Salade kip was: blaadjes sla met stukjes kip en taaie croutons van brood, dat was het. Personeel vraagt niet of het naar wens is, kijkt je niet aan, haalt glazen die nog niet leeg zijn al weg. In de ochtend kwam er zo iemand onze hotelkamer binnen, het was nog niet eens 10.00 uur (uitchecken 12.00 uur). Waarschijnlijk housekeeping

The location was good. The glass was broken, the TV didn't work, and there was a thick layer of dust on the baseboards.
