A very friendly couple hosted us and their two adorable dogs were a delight; breakfast cost 10 and they were very attentive to my partner’s vegetarian diet. The property sits in a quiet, pretty subdivision close to Edinburgh, making it a true pleasure.

The landlords were friendly, the accommodation was lovely, very clean, the requested breakfast was provided, the restaurant was within walking distance, and the airport was a short drive away (16 ml). Nothing to add.

The room was sweet, breakfast was great, the house smelled wonderful, and the gentleman was very nice.

Room was large with a comfortable bed. There was plenty of hot water. Parking in front was welcome. We had to leave too early for the included breakfast, so Sheila did us a nice packed breakfast to go, thank you. The bathroom is too small to be useable, smallest we have ever had. We could hardly turn the handbasin taps on as they were touching the wall. The shower had mould & was ridiculously small. The shower fitting was falling off the wall. Also we were very annoyed at being charged an extra 3% on top of the rate, when we went to pay, being told it's a bank charge, but it doesn't appear anywhere on our booking, or in the info about the room, it actually says on our confirmation that the price shown is the amount we will pay at the property. Have never had this happen before with unless it was stated on the booking
