The location can't be beat, but that's about where the positives end.
The staff here are really something special - they're calm, efficient, and super friendly.

I was a bit let down by the cleanliness of the room. It didn't feel like it had been properly tidied, which was a shame.

The location is great, everything is within walking distance. The mattress was sagging, so the reception offered a new one.
“Excellent and will return”
The hotel was amazing, you can open a side door and go straight into the market place. Nothing else to complain about.
“Tolles Stadthotel”
Tolle Lage. Nichts
The staff were very friendly, attentive, and helpful, and the hotel was very clean with a good breakfast. The location is very central in Düsseldorf’s old town, where parties go on until deep into the night, which we hadn’t realized.
“Değer bir konaklama”
The room was very comfortable, the staff were cheerful, and the service was convenient; the temperature was normal.
