“Uncomfortable and very disappointing”
The view was amazing and checking in was a breeze, but the property feels neglected. Several fixtures and fittings are faulty—windows and doors don’t seal properly. The bed was too narrow and short; we even had to borrow a spare mattress from friends. The large panoramic window lacks a blackout option, which would have been useful. Outdoor furniture is broken and falling apart. The hot tub was filthy, as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months, with debris, gunk, and sand. Overall, it was a huge let‑down and we felt overcharged for what we received.
