The only plus was that we could have breakfast two hours earlier. The room was priced well, but we couldn’t rest peacefully. The hotel’s policy says quiet hours start at 22:00, yet a group of guests threw a loud party until about 02:00. We pointed it out to one of them, but nothing changed. The music and shouting echoed up the stairwell. I understand the owner can’t control who books, but I called her twice and sent an SMS during the disturbance, yet received no reply. The next day, instead of addressing our attempts to contact her, we were told she has no control over guests and that if we expect silence we should book a 5‑star hotel that might be better insulated.

Beautiful property, very friendly hosts, helpful, very close to Zakopane – we’ll definitely come back. Highly recommend to everyone. Family of 2 adults + 3 children.
