The staff were very friendly, but the pool was closed and that wasn’t mentioned when we booked, even though we had chosen the hotel for that feature. At 3 am it sounded like planes were landing on the roof, and the hotel was under construction, which we weren’t told about either.

The location was great for our venue, but the ongoing construction made it a bit noisy. The rooms could use some updating, and because the hotel sits directly on the flight path of the airport, a few nights we heard the aircraft. On one day the maid forgot to clean our room.

Close to the venue, and it’s clear they keep up the facilities. The staff were great. Event pricing is always rough.
