The accommodation is functional and clean. The huge estate of the Hacienda offers countless opportunities for activities. We especially enjoyed the tour over the hanging bridges to the waterfall with a subsequent swim, the visit to the hot springs, and the diverse wildlife observations. Unfortunately, the dinner at the hotel’s own restaurant did not convince us taste‑wise.

The hotel’s greenery, viewpoint, and restaurants are great, the food is excellent and the staff is very friendly. There are few leisure options in bad weather and the reception staff is quite unfriendly.

We loved everything: the beautiful setting at the foot of Rincon de la Vieja, surrounded by majestic nature, the hotel blends in perfectly, the 360‑degree view from the lookout, the hot springs, the evening restaurant… the décor is stunning, the room is spacious, everything! Nothing to complain about.
