The staff and location. The shower was cold the 📺 tv didn't work and last night the breakfast was average because they only had bacon one of 3 breakfast morning and I had to send it back to be cooked further. The next morning I ordered for bacon they served me chicken gizzard instead and that was cooked too hard and dry.For lunch I ordered chicken wings that was raw the meat to the bone was red, meaning it wasn't well cooked. I sent it back and ordered fish which took about 2hours ,later luckily my friend came to join me so we got our food at the same time and my friend was served friedrice and it was cold But overall I love my stay because I was pretty much the only guest Monday-Thursday I felt like a King cos I had the place to myself which I needed some quiet time and I enjoyed the swimming pool,shooting pool with the staff and enjoyed watching the Ghana,England match with the staff and the village folks

“Nice stay I would return and recommend because of the customer service and close proximity to Accra”

The hotel was quiet, spacious, and most importantly clean. Most guests were day visitors, families, or groups enjoying the pool and beach on a Sunday. Having a room with a sea‑view balcony was lovely. Customer service was excellent from 99 % of the staff (there’s always that 1 %). The only issue in the bathroom was fixed quickly by the kind maintenance man. I was grateful the hotel had a working fridge/freezer and complimentary bottled water. The room had both air‑con and an overhead fan. The bathroom was small but clean and functional. I appreciate that the hotel has a lift, though it wasn’t working during our stay. Breakfast was nice; the sweet potato wedges were a lovely touch, and the fresh pineapple juice was really good. I would swap a slice of cake at breakfast for a piece of seasonal fruit. This hotel would be great for a company team‑building day because they have extensive conference rooms, and they’re also working on a lovely communal rooftop space that would be a great addition. I would prefer to pay directly via the booking site to avoid the rate difference when paying in person and to avoid network‑related payment failures. No working air‑conditioning system upon arrival at reception is unacceptable for guests and for the staff who have to work in such conditions. For dinner I ordered jollof rice and was not pleased to receive a tiny portion from the bottom of the pot while paying for the privilege. I find it disgusting and unhygienic that guests place their bare feet on the tables where food and drinks are served; I’ve never seen this before and think staff should ask them to stop. Though aesthetically pleasing, the hotel needs to pay close attention to where it places rugs in the bedroom, as the carpet lifts up when the bathroom door is opened, which could be hazardous near the balcony. The wooden balcony chairs should also have cushions for guest comfort. Attention is needed for the desk plug sockets that were intermittently working. Side note for the lovely staff: please try not to speak local languages directly in front of your guests.

“I enjoyed my stay and it’s a good gate away spot”

The facilities were exceptional and the stay was great. The location and the road to the place were bad.
