The hostel vibe, the nicely decorated café/breakfast area, and the welcoming smile of the staff were all great. When we arrived in our room, the host explained that there was a key issue. We waited, but he didn’t return with more details. We went downstairs to propose a solution—specifically, to secure our belongings so we wouldn’t be stuck in the room while waiting for the keys. We would have appreciated if the host had handled that.

The accommodation’s location right on the street made it easy to spot. There was no elevator.
