The location is great, close to the train station and the main bus line, and the quiet spot off the main street is ideal. The apartment had plenty of room to relax, everything was clean, organized, and the instructions for the electronics were clear. It would have been nice to have recycling options or instructions for Yamagata, but I found that information myself.

The room was perfectly livable. Checking in and out was difficult, so I wouldn’t recommend it to travel beginners.

Check‑in and check‑out were confusing. The panel lagged, the QR code didn’t scan at all, and when I tried to check in normally, the front door opened several times.

部屋がきれいで広かった。レンジ、オーブン、箸などもそろってた。場所も駅から近くてよかった。無料の水も冷蔵庫に入ってた。. チェックインのときQRコードに焦点合わなくて認識されなかった。コードで認証したが、タッチパネルの反応が期待通りではなかったので入力したつもりがされてなかったり、2回入力されてたりした。チェックアウトの際は本当にチェックアウトできたのかどうか不安だった。
