The facilities are lovely, comfortable, and the reception staff are very kind; they helped me settle into my room right away and were always courteous. It’s the best hotel in Querétaro, my go‑to spot every time.

The location and proximity to all the city’s attractions are great. The receptionist is very friendly and attentive. The silence, calm, and bed comfort are superb, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The internet leaves a lot to be desired—on two mornings there was no good Wi‑Fi or data coverage. There’s no shampoo, so you have to bring your own. I never figured out how the TV worked, but I rarely watch TV, so that’s fine. Everything else was great.
