Everything was excellent: the staff were the best, the breakfast great, the room superb, the gym amazing, and it’s the best hotel in Bangkok.

The staff were lovely and made us feel welcomed and well cared for on our honeymoon. We liked everything, especially the pool and breakfast, but a few small areas in the room showed wear and tear that could use a little maintenance.

Staff responded quickly and courteously to everything, and the rooms were clean and spacious enough for work. The drinking and eating area near the elevators, which is open and people walk around, could use a partition to make it cozier and more comfortable.
