The staff treatment, location, cleanliness. A lot of noise from neighbors through the walls, and we woke up early because of it.

Very well situated and quiet. The breakfasts and the attention from Nines are excellent. In general everything was fine.

“Un alojamiento estupendo ... al que espero poder volver”

The house looks very pretty from the outside, and the interior does not disappoint: simple, comfortable. They provide useful information for travelers about activities, restaurants, … in the Jerte Valley. The rooms are simple, ours (room number 1) is the right size for two adults, with a spacious and fully equipped bathroom. The beds are very comfortable. The air conditioning (essential!) worked very well. In the morning, the varied breakfast was very complete and very tasty, with some local specialties. The highlight was Nines' care: she was attentive to us, helped us with everything we asked for, and gave us advice on how to spend the day in the area. She was also very affectionate. We liked it so much that we tried to stay a second night … but it was full.

“Casa agradable pero imposible comunicarse con la arrendadora”

The person in charge of guest service is impossible to find, never answers the phone and never returns calls, so if you have any issue you won't be able to resolve it, it's a disgrace. We're reaching a point where no one greets you upon arrival, no phone service, they just charge you and that's it; everything else is irrelevant, only the money matters.
