The location was good, but the rest was not good. The basic facilities were not available in the room.

The room was roomy and the location was good, but the website made the place look like a high‑class hotel while it was really a home‑stay with no staff and poor service. No overnight cleaning happened, and they wouldn’t give extra bath towels. None of the TV channels worked, and they promised to fix it but never did. They also capped the free water at one liter and the staff seemed untrained and uncomfortable handling requests. One staff member even suggested I could cancel on arrival and book directly with them, which felt immature and made me wonder if this has happened before.

I was stay for a 3 nights and no one come to clean or refill water for me. I have to asked for it everyday

Property was alright but not like 4 stars at all. Staff was slow Basics were missing like towels, mosquito replants, toilets were not clean
