Comfortable accommodation in a good location with a link to the center. Everything is clean, large enough, and well equipped. The beds are comfortable and the wifi works fine. The only downside is the small kitchenette and lack of a table for shared dining. Still, we were satisfied.

“Very Beautiful house with a kind host!”

A very polite and responsible host who quickly solved an issue we encountered and was very kind. It was nice to have a yard for those who want to smoke, since smoking is forbidden inside the house. Maybe the parking was a bit far from the house (7/8 minutes by walk).

The reservation was made well in advance of arrival (a month or two). Upon arrival, we encountered the following situation: - there were no keys to the apartment - a stranger approached us and spoke on the phone with the probable owner of the property - we were informed that the property was unavailable due to some kind of malfunction. - We were offered a refund and accommodation in a shared room with other guests. I did not even intend to write a review about this property, but the impertinent manner in which someone claiming to be the owner of the apartment spoke to me on the phone leaves much to be desired. First of all, dear lady! Please do not be surprised that I expect information about changes well in advance of my arrival - on site?! Secondly, please do not be surprised when you insult me, quoting “who do I think I am” for not wanting to sleep with my family in a shared apartment with workers. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND THIS STAFF!

“Gut und günstig”

The price was good, the place was very clean and the beds were excellent. I did wish there were 5 chairs for the 5 beds, and the windows worked and had locks on both sides of the bathroom.

Everything was perfect, but it was noisy because of the cars and the tram.
