I needed better customer service because I asked for an early check‑in, but after paying, the hotel receptionist refused to allow it. The check‑in process was also problematic.

There’s plenty of space everywhere, a terrace in front of the hotel and on the upper floors, plus a beautiful swimming pool at the top. The rooms are large, the bathroom and shower are glorious, and the staff are always smiling! For that price, being just a 2‑minute walk from BTS Bang Chak makes it a real great deal. The mattress was a bit hard.

The hotel sits close to the BTS, the breakfast was really good, and overall the place felt clean, the room comfortable, everything well cared for and beautiful. A great bonus was the self‑service laundry on site! The Wi‑fi was sometimes a bit slow.

It offers pretty good value for money and is close to the BTS. The hardest mattress I’ve ever slept on…
