The room was very cute and clean, smelling fresh as soon as I entered. It’s less than 10 min from the historic center and Riva, and close to a supermarket. The host was extremely kind and friendly, arriving on Sunday after check‑in time to hand me the keys. The view from the room wasn’t spectacular, though.

The location is very good, close to the city center. The place is very clean, and the owner is respectful and helpful. The only downside is that there was no kitchen.

The hosts responded quickly, left several welcome items, the location is great for walking to the center, and the bed was very comfortable.

The spot is right in the heart of Split, just a five‑minute stroll from the centre and a two‑minute walk to a coffee bar and supermarket. The room was roomy and very cozy, with a large bed and even water and coffee tins tucked into the fridge by the host. As a solo traveler, the price was great for peak season. I’d definitely recommend it.

The place was clean and the bed was super comfy. The room sits in a basement, though it’s advertised as having a terrace; in reality it opens onto a shared courtyard with only a clothesline. Natural light was practically nonexistent.
