It’s a perfect home for groups, with large rooms each having its own bathroom, and the pool and outdoor area are very complete, but being in the countryside means lots of mosquitoes and ants, and the TV is very old and the channels were not visible.

The villa was a good size in a great spot, peaceful yet close enough to local towns; the pool and outdoor spaces were nice and we enjoyed the BBQ area and eating outside, but it was very basic and could improve with investment; the coffee machine, dishwasher, and kettle were poor, the oven took forever to preheat, and there were not enough pans, glasses, or cups, which made life hard for 11 of us; the upper‑floor balconies had fantastic views but no seating, ants were a major issue despite sprays, everyone got bitten, and the villa used over 900 kW in ten days, costing €317—about €30 a day or €11,500 a year—an awful electric bill.

The house, grounds, and pool are quite large; the friendly lady who welcomed us and the very quiet location were positives, and it’s only a 10‑minute walk to shop, but the accommodation isn’t equipped for 12 people—there’s a lack of dishes, the fridge is too small, we were eight and it barely worked; the dishwasher was bad and we had to wash twice, ants were a massive problem solved only by the landlord’s spray, a room was uninhabitable due to damp and mold, lighting was catastrophic with a tiny ceiling light that needed a phone flashlight, most pool chairs were worn out and there were few umbrella stands; basic supplies like toilet paper, cleaning cloths, dishwasher and washing machine tablets had to be bought, and if nothing changes I can’t recommend this place, especially for the price.
