One thing that really stood out to me was the lack of a bellboy service. Every guest had to lug their own luggage around, which was a real pain. It's not exactly what you want to deal with when you're trying to relax on vacation.

The hotel's location and room were definite highlights - it's right in the heart of the city and the bed was super comfy. However, there were some pretty major issues with the bathroom towels, which were all torn and looked like they'd been through the wash a million times. To make matters worse, there was no soap or shampoo provided, which was a bit of a shock given the price of the room.

I was really impressed with the bathroom - it had hot water, which is a rare find in some places. Everything was clean and neat, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The sound insulation was also top-notch, so I didn't hear any noise from the neighbors. But, despite all the positives, I just didn't feel that cozy in my room. The lack of a view from the window, combined with the cold lighting and street noise, made it feel a bit sterile.

“This is a standard three-star hotel”

I was really happy with my room - it was spacious and had a balcony, which was great. The TV had a good selection of channels, and the bed was super comfortable. The towels and bed linen were clean, too (although I did have to laugh at the maid's tendency to soil them during cleaning!). The bathroom was also a highlight, with a full-size bathtub. And the rooftop pool was a nice touch, with plenty of seating areas.

The hotel's location is great, but unfortunately, it's let down by the receptionist. She spends most of her time eating, singing, or doing her makeup, but doesn't actually do any work. I'm not sure why the hotel owners keep her on staff. On the plus side, the pool and relaxation area on the roof are nice, and the bathroom water is warm.
