The hotel sits in a superb central spot and the building itself is impressive, but the valet parking is expensive.
The on‑site restaurant was excellent.
The location is great, but the bathroom ventilation didn't work.
“I would stay again.”
The bathroom and shower were clean, modern, and spacious. The location feels a bit isolated.
“A surprise. The architecture and ambiance was a delight”
The design of the hotel was impressive and visually appealing, but the air conditioning made some noise, so we switched it off at night. The room was spacious and well-appointed, though we asked for a view of the State Capitol and received a parking lot view instead, which would have been better. The bar downstairs had a friendly bartender, and the spot right across from the Providence Center was convenient—no mall visit in ages. I’d stay here again. It would have been nice to have a room with a better view, a bowl of fruit in the lobby, and a mini‑fridge in the room, but otherwise nothing to complain about.
