“Brudne i niezadbane miejsce”
We booked an 8‑person cabin that felt more like a survival camp than a holiday spot. The house looked as if it was built in the 1990s and hasn’t been updated since. Inside, everything was old and dirty, and the cleaning seemed rushed rather than thorough. Basic items were missing – no paper towels, salt, pepper, etc., so we had to run to a store for supplies. To make tea we had to descale an electric kettle, and we even had to mop the floor ourselves because there was no broom. When we asked for more essentials, the delivery for the eighth person was delayed because it was needed in another cabin, and only the cleaning lady and her husband brought it around 18:00; we had to help move it because he had no one else to assist. The whole situation felt like a comedy at times. The cabin’s equipment was another saga: the TV barely worked because the old decoder kept stuttering, the clock was dead without batteries, the terrace started to crumble when we leaned on it, and the grill was so bad that it seemed safer and more pleasant to cook on the stove in the boiler room. The table on the terrace was “professionally” fixed with silver repair tape. The place’s standard is hard to describe. After a whole day of this survival mode we expected at least a normal sleep, but the wife fell between the slats of the bed frame – the gaps were about 70 cm – so the mattress ended up on the floor and we couldn’t sleep. For kids, there’s nothing to brag about either: the play area is made of moss‑covered boards that look old and heavily worn, and using it could easily result in a break or injury. The sandbox was also a mess. Overall: dirty, tall grass, neglected play area, awful grill and terrace, and a bed that made it impossible to sleep.
