Simply put, it isn’t a hotel but a room system; there’s no reception or lobby, just a floor in a Nile residential building where the external door is locked and only opened when guests enter or leave. When I asked about this, I was told the hotel was under maintenance and these rooms were temporary, which is disappointing for the high price I paid.

The price was changed after booking from 2200 to 3800, and a child under 12 was charged as an adult.

The experience was extremely bad and disappointing; we decided to leave the hotel at 10 pm after the management claimed a glass panel had broken, which never happened during our stay. It seemed the hotel was trying to charge guests for repairs that had nothing to do with them. What surprised me was that this hotel still appears on the platform despite its poor service. The food was very bad in quality, and the water, coffee, and hot drinks were sold at exorbitant, unjustified prices.

Honestly, the hotel was beautiful and wonderful, truly amazing—many thanks to Khalid, the manager, Ahmed, Tamir, Youssef, Rania, and all the staff; the breakfast was superb, the cleanliness was great, and the view was fantastic. No complaints.
