The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Good location and comfortable beds. Our room was in the hotel lobby, fully lit until 11 pm, and very loud. I also booked a Double Queen room and was put in a triple single room. I barely slept the whole time because of how bright and loud it was. Why would you put a window in a room that looks into the lobby?
