The bed was comfy, the room was clean but needed upkeep, and the water only got warm, not hot. The whole building seemed to need basic maintenance: the elevator is small and slow, paint is peeling, exterior doors and windows don’t open or close properly, drapes are stained, and the exercise area has minimal equipment and low quality. I never dined at the restaurant. The location is remote, but there’s a fantastic Chinese restaurant nearby.

The place feels dated and I think the rooms need refurbishment. I got a huge discount with my level‑3 booking rank, so the price I paid was justified. Still, I would be disappointed if I paid 18,000 ฿ for a room where the jacuzzi shower head didn’t sit comfortably, the ring was broken, the jets missed a few casings, and the plug needed new rubber sealing because it slowly leaked. On top of that, there were water marks on the seat from the pool not being dried after use, leaving stains over time. The jacuzzi has been adapted because the original buttons no longer work; they installed three light switches, and I could only figure out two of them. I paid about 3,000 ฿, so I got what I paid for, which is fair. On the bright side, I enjoyed a great mountain view from inside the pool.

The hotel sits in a quiet area and the pool area is nice. Staff were friendly and helpful, but the hotel is very dated and the bathroom needs a redo. The water took a long time to come out.

The staff were friendly and the hotel stayed clean, with the team taking good care of both the property and us. The location is a bit farther from the city centre, which actually made the stay very relaxing. Unfortunately, there was no breakfast and some reconstruction was happening, so the hotel felt a little worn out.

The room was huge and spotlessly clean, and the jacuzzi was a nice bonus. The staff were friendly and the lunch was generous.
