Excellent location, no hotel facilities but still a solid place with friendly staff. Breakfast wasn’t available on site; there’s a kettle in the room but no cups for tea or coffee.

The room I stayed in was amazing, with a city view that lit up the room by day and glowed in neon at night. I originally booked a room with an inner view that had almost no natural light, so I’d recommend the city‑view window room (they upgraded mine at no extra cost). The staff were very accommodating when I extended my stay, and the location was fantastic—I’d definitely recommend it.

The staff were genuinely nice, spoke English fluently, understood my needs, and always smiled when I asked for help. Some bathroom fixtures failed during my stay, but I reported it and the staff arrived right away to fix the problems.

The location is very good, the room is comfortable with a nice shower, and the owner is very polite and helpful, even upgrading my room for free; I’ll definitely return when I’m in Ho Chi Minh City. Nothing else to add.
