Breakfast and location were excellent, and the staff were very courteous. The rooms stayed clean and the bathroom facilities were great. However, a broken drawer was left unrepaired throughout our stay, the AC remote sometimes failed, and the internet was insecure and barely worked.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent, the room was huge with a powerful shower, and the gym was good. Paying by credit card was tricky; we eventually managed but it was a hassle.

I had a mostly great stay, with the hotel being spotless and the staff providing top-notch service. The food was also delicious, but I did have a bit of a letdown at the poolside bar. When I sat down at a table, I waited for 20 minutes without anyone coming to take my order, despite being the only customer there. It would make a big difference if the bar staff were more proactive in approaching seated customers to offer their services.
