The availability of hot drinks and the location are great. I would only improve the timing of making the entry codes available, giving them at the moment of payment so the guest could already be traveling.

Struttura centrale ma fuori ztl. Ampia camera con 4 letti. Ho prenotato alle 19,00 (e fatto subito il check-in), ma l host si è fatto vivo solo alle 20,00. Nessuna risposta al tel né via whatsapp. Un’ora di attesa senza poter accedere all’appartamento e col dubbio se avrebbe mandato o meno le modalità di accesso alla struttura

A beautiful apartment just a few steps from Verona’s center, equipped with all comforts, even the car seats for the Arena, and the self‑check‑in method is precise and efficient. If we want to find a flaw, perhaps the bathroom could use a bit of renovation; the sink counter was a bit damaged.
